    Caught

I’m pulled up into the air. The trap triggered. I swing side to side. I know I’m got. My hands cling between its weave, face pressed on rope. I hear him approaching but cannot move around to see him.

He plucks at the netting near my legs. It’s got a little give to it.

“What have I got?” he says, poking and prodding my skin through the gaps in the netting, gently. “My sneaky girl. You didn’t get far, did you? Too bad, I was hoping for the chase.”

He smacks my buttocks with his palm and I gasp, moaning, saliva wetting the rope against my mouth.

Loki’s bare feet and legs come into view beside me. I try to look further up and he pushes my head back down, deftly. Caught, I wiggle a bit and put up a struggle for him.

He leans into my ear. “You will feel me before ever laying eyes on it.”

    I shiver. “Please.”

He nudges my body to swing it a little and adjusts the netting beneath me until my legs can be spread comfortably without the net stopping them. Half my body hanging down tugs at my waist. Loki places an arm under my hips, taking some of the weight off my ribs. Rubbing my bottom, spanking me, massaging until I can’t squirm anymore.

    “There, now I’ll have you.”

I nod an emphatic yes, trying to scooch down toward him further in the net, failing, whining.

I feel him fire-hot and wonderfully heavy inside me. He groans gutturally with every thrust, letting me know he wants me, wants this, and that he feels good from me, too. His palm is placed at my spine, warm and gentle.

I begin to cry, overwhelmed. Gratitude, love, lust, memory, all swirling inside me.

    “Is this okay?” he asks.

I nod like a bobber in water.

He slows, leaning over my body to whisper in my ear, “I’m not going anywhere.”

We stay like that, him over me, my tears freely falling, until at some point he lowers me from the net and pulls me into his arms, holding me and rocking gently. I don’t know when we moved like this, but I calm.

    And breathe into his chest.

    “Don’t leave me.”

The hole in my heart sucks in his containment like sweet mercy.

    Loki carries me to bed.
